Product and Industrial & Manufacturing LeadDate: 19 Feb 2026Company: EDGE Group PJSCAbout POWERTECHPOWERTECH is a center of excellence for propulsion technologies, specializing in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of combustion engines, expendable turbojet engines, and turbofan engines for a wide range of aerospace, defence, and autonomous applications, including fixed- and rotary-wing UAVs and other advanced platforms.About the RoleThe Industrialization & Manufacturing Manager plans, coordinate, monitors and controls production to ensure delivery, risk management, quality and cost performance. He ensures the industrial maturity of turbofan modules/components and acts as the focal interface with the Advanced Manufacturing Department in charge of NPIs, Product Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain & Quality. She/he ensures appropriate coordination with OEM, key stakeholders and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and influence the industrialization strategy for new or upgraded turbofansParticipate to the Master Production Schedule, capacity/workload and priority arbitration; Manage production ramp-up and rate increase readinessManage risk, identify critical path and define what-if scenarioCoordinate manufacturing readiness reviews (MRR)Ensure alignment between engineering definition and manufacturing capabilitiesSupport supplier qualification and industrial auditsParticipate to technical reviews (PDR, CDR, …, certification reviews).Monitor Production Progress & PerformanceDeal with Manufacturing non-conformitySupport compliance demonstrations and certification documentationEnsure supply chain & production logistics coordinationQualifications & ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience within turbofan propulsion, aerospace, or other complex engineered systemsSolid understanding of turbofan architectures (sub-systems and their integration constraints), performance drivers and technology interfaces (sensors, equipment…)Experience in manufacturing and production, MPIs, Validation and QualificationKnowledge of AS9100, production systems, and industrial qualityAgile / Lean methodology knowledge and experience (Green-Belt/Black-Belt)SkillsEngineering degree with manufacturing background, production.Ability to analyze and structure complex information into actionable product decision under pressure with a sense of urgencyAbility to work in a multicultural environment, across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and commercial teamsExcellent communication skills, team player#J-18808-Ljbffr
