It brings the best of PwC’s advisory capabilities, our technology expertise and our operational delivery to help clients solve complex problems.How You’ll ContributeAs a Procurement Analyst – Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Procurement OperationsAssist in the processing of Purchase Orders and/or InvoicesReview and highlight discrepancies in Purchase Orders and/or InvoicesMaintain product/service catalogs in ERP or procurement systemConduct market research to identify potential suppliersSupport in managing spot buys, bidding/RFx processSupport in analysis of pricing and technical competence of goods and servicesReview contracts ensuring compliance around pricing, payment terms, volume commitments and rebatesSupport in supplier assessments, scorecards, and other analytics to manage supplier performanceDevelop and maintain supplier performance scorecards and preferred supplier listsSupport risk management assessment relating to suppliersMonitor and report all open transactionsAnalyze and report goods / services rates’ discrepancy periodicallyPerform spend analysis to determine internal trends such as top suppliers, procured categories of good/services, payment compliance, etc.Maintain accurate records of procurement activitiesReportingPerform cost analysis and forecasting while reviewing purchase requisitions, contracts, purchase ordersConduct comprehensive spend analysis on category basis, country basis, BU basis, etcTrack and communicate savings achieved from cost reduction initiativesReport procurement team’s SLAs and KPIs, monitor complianceWhat You’ll BringYears of experience: 3-5 years of experience within procurement organization, ideally having worked with a diverse portfolio of people, process and technology with a leading firm, preferably in the Middle East regionEducation: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, procurementMaster's degree in engineering, Business Management / Administration or equivalent from an accredited university is a plusCertifications in relevant fields (e.g. CIPS or equivalent) would be advantageousTechnical SkillsKnowledge of end-to-end procurement process, including supplier relationship managementData analysis and data-driven procurement decisionsKnowledge of techniques and processes of strategic sourcingExperience in working with ERP or procurement systemsAbility to make data-driven procurement decisions.Commitment to ethical and sustainable procurement practicesSoft SkillsOrganizational and planning skillsFinancial orientationDetail orientationAnalytical skillsStakeholder managementCommunicate with impactResults drivenDrive organizational excellenceLanguage Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English. Arabic is a plusTravel Requirements: Your flexibility to travel 100% of the time within KSA . This means we may require you to work away from your base office location on a regular basis and frequent overnight stays may be required.
