With more than 25 years of specialized experience, Kafou Group has cemented its name as a unique power player in the Kingdom.Job DescriptionJob Purpose:Coordinate and execute procurement and logistics operations to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition and delivery of goods and services, supporting the company's operational and project requirements.Key Responsibilities:Source and arrange quotations from the local marketFollow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and service qualityLogistics & Delivery CoordinationOversee delivery collection and local logistics operationsTrack shipments and provide regular updates on delivery statusesDocumentation & RecordsMaintain accurate procurement documentation and recordsEnsure proper filing and control of procurement‑related documentsAsset & Office ManagementManage company vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and documentationOversee office supplies procurement and inventoryCoordinate maintenance and upkeep of office facilitiesInventory & Warehouse CoordinationMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff for stock controlEnsure optimal stock availability and timely replenishmentHandle petty cash and manage cash flows for team business tripsAssist in general administrative activities as requiredTravel CoordinationResearch and secure best airline ticket options for business travelIssue travel tickets and support travel logistics for the business unitRequirementsBachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.1–3 years of experience in procurement and logistics, preferably within the electromechanical or technical services industrySkills:Strong understanding of procurement and logistics processes and best practices.Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Professional development and training opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
