About the job Procurement Officer (Landscaping)Procurement Officer (Landscaping) responsible for managing all procurement processes within the landscaping division.ResponsibilitiesProcess purchase requisitions / orders within landscaping division.Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals.Perform Cost, Quality, and Delivery time comparison analysis about Quoted proposals.Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships.Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists.Work with internal and external stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.Assist in the development of specifications for equipment, materials, and services to be purchased.Administer contract performance, including delivery, receipt, warranty, damages and insurance.Reconcile or resolve value discrepancies.Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues and management.Comply with and maintain knowledge of applicable rules, legislation, regulations, standards, and best practices.Minimum QualificationsBachelor’sdegree (Preferably in Supply Change Management / Diploma in Civil Engineering.)Minimum Experience2– 5 yearsof UAE Experience related to Construction / Contracting.Job-Specific SkillsAnalytical & ProblemSolving Skills.High level of written andverbal communication.Negotiation Skills.Construction MaterialKnowledge / Material Specification Knowledge#J-18808-Ljbffr
