PROCUREMENT LEAD

We are seeking an experienced Lead Procurement Engineer to manage procurement activities for an ADNOC Offshore project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and procurement execution within offshore oil & gas projects, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services in compliance with ADNOC standards.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and manage all procurement activities, including sourcing, tendering, evaluation, and awarding contracts.Develop procurement strategies aligned with project requirements, schedule, and budget.Manage vendor prequalification, selection, and performance monitoring.Coordinate with engineering, project management, and quality teams to ensure procurement of compliant materials and services.Prepare and review purchase requisitions, RFQs, and commercial proposals.Negotiate commercial terms and conditions with suppliers and subcontractors.Monitor procurement progress and ensure timely delivery to meet project milestones.Manage purchase order administration, contract documentation, and procurement reporting.Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore procurement policies, procedures, and ethical standards.Support risk management by identifying and mitigating procurement-related risks.Lead procurement meetings and coordinate with stakeholders for alignment and issue resolution.KEY QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.15+ years of experience in procurement within the oil & gas sector, preferably offshore projects.Proven experience in managing procurement for ADNOC Offshore or similar operators.Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor relations.Experience with ERP systems and procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple vendors and complex procurement scopes.Professional certifications (CIPS, PMP) are an advantage.Familiarity with ADNOC procurement standards and local content requirements is a plusVERTICALENGINEERING#J-18808-Ljbffr
