At TK Elevator UAE, you will be supporting the Procurement Department in their below activities:Activities of the Department:Procurement from TKE factoriesLocal and Overseas ProcurementThird Party Parts ProcurementSub-contractors ManagementLogistics – by Air and Sea, Customs ClearanceVendor Qualification and Evaluatione-AuctionsReports to the Procurement Manager and support the Procurement team.Responsibilities:Sending RFQs to the Suppliers and Sub-contractorsFollow up with suppliers for Quotes, especially with Sub-contractorsFollow up on delivery of orders, especially the urgent onesTrack and update the open orders list with the delivery statusFollow up with other Departments to close the delivered ordersVerify the Statement of Accounts received from suppliers before processing their paymentsFollow up with Finance on timely process of paymentsSupport Procurement team in their day-to-day activitiesKey Benefits Gained from InternshipOpportunity to learn the real-time Procurement process, operations and executionExposure to interact with suppliers in Europe and AsiaGain and develop knowledge by interacting with colleagues in OperationsOpportunity to experience the Logistics#J-18808-Ljbffr
