Job Description
OverviewThe Specialist - Procurement Governance & Reporting plays a critical role in enhancing the transparency and accountability of procurement activities at Qiddiya Investment Company. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining governance frameworks that align with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Specialist will develop and manage reporting systems to ensure effective monitoring of procurement performance and compliance.ResponsibilitiesGovernance Framework Development: Design, implement, and maintain governance policies and procedures related to procurement activitiesEnsure alignment of procurement processes with local regulations, internal standards, and best practicesReporting and Analytics: Develop and manage procurement reporting tools and dashboards to facilitate data-driven decision-makingPrepare and present regular reports on procurement performance metrics, compliance, and risk assessments to senior managementAnalyze procurement data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvementCompliance Monitoring: Assist in the auditing of procurement processes to ensure adherence to established governance frameworks and compliance with legal standardsSupport the identification and mitigation of procurement-related risks throughout the procurement lifecycleStakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of governance and compliance within procurementFacilitate training and workshops for procurement staff on governance policies and reporting requirementsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in procurement governance, compliance, or reporting within a large organizationStrong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in data analytics tools and ExcelFamiliarity with procurement regulations and best practices in Saudi ArabiaExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levelsDetail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneouslyProficiency in Arabic is a plusBenefitsContribute to one of Saudi Arabia's most ambitious giga-projects.Work in a high-impact environment where strategic sourcing and execution matter.Collaborate with top global firms in design, development, and supply chain.Drive procurement excellence that shapes world-class destinations#J-18808-Ljbffr
