Procurement Engineer - FF&E

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Engineer - FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process of FF&E for our projects, ensuring that all materials and equipment meet project specifications and are obtained in a timely manner. Your expertise will contribute to the successful execution of high-quality infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies for FF&E in accordance with project requirements.Source suppliers and negotiate contracts for the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.Evaluate supplier proposals and conduct supplier assessments to ensure quality and competitive pricing.Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to understand FF&E needs and specifications.Monitor and manage procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials.Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation.Resolve any issues related to procurement, delivery delays, or quality discrepancies.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in procurement, specifically in FF&E or related areas.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Proficient in procurement software and MS Office applications.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to FF&E procurement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
