Advisors focus on originating and closing mandates, while legal structuring and processing are handled through specialised partner firms across jurisdictions.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>This is a commercially focused advisory role with responsibility across client origination and conversion.</p><p>You will engage high-net-worth clients across citizenship and residency programmes, managing relationships from initial contact through to signed mandate, while contributing to overall deal flow and revenue generation.</p><p>The role offers autonomy and visibility, and is suited to individuals who combine client-facing advisory experience with a commercial mindset.</p><p>For senior profiles, the role can evolve to include team leadership, market development and increased commercial responsibility, with compensation aligned to performance and scope.</p><h3>What You Will Be Doing</h3><ul><li>Originate client relationships through personal networks, referrals and introducers</li><li>Advise clients on Caribbean citizenship and European residency programmes</li><li>Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to signed mandate</li><li>Maintain pipeline discipline and follow-through across longer deal cycles</li><li>Work closely with legal and programme partners post-conversion</li></ul><h3>Who This Role Suits</h3><ul><li>Have experience in investment migration, private client advisory or high-value real estate</li><li>Are comfortable engaging directly with high-net-worth clients</li><li>Can originate business independently rather than relying purely on company leads</li><li>Prefer a lean, commercial environment over a high-volume consultancy structure</li></ul><h3>Experience Requirements</h3><ul><li>Experience in investment migration, private client advisory, wealth management or international real estate</li><li>Demonstrated involvement in client acquisition, advisory or revenue-generating roles</li><li>Ability to engage and advise high-net-worth clients in a structured and commercially driven manner</li><li>Experience managing longer sales cycles or high-value transactions</li><li>Strong communication skills in English</li><li>Experience working with CRM systems</li></ul><h3>Additional Advantages</h3><ul><li>Existing introducer network in UAE or wider GCC</li><li>Direct access to or track record working with high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients</li><li>Exposure to cross-border transactions or international client portfolios</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
