<div><h3>What you will do</h3><ul><li><p>Promote Stryker products in line with customer needs consistently representing the company with outstanding ethics and professionalism.</p></li><li><p>Serve as the resident expert for your product line demonstrating deep clinical knowledge and confidently engaging with surgeons and healthcare professionals.</p></li><li><p>Build strong long-term customer loyalty through trust reliability and exceptional service delivery.</p></li><li><p>Lead high-quality clinical discussions position products with a true consultative approach and act as a trusted advisor in operating rooms and across all levels of care.</p></li><li><p>Develop and maintain a comprehensive 3-year rolling business plan including SWOT analysis SMART objectives territory insights pipeline understanding and contract renewal cycles.</p></li><li><p>Gain a thorough understanding of customer requirements emotional drivers and purchasing motivators; position solutions accordingly to consistently close opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Leverage cross-franchise portfolios to enhance value propositions and support regional teams in cross-divisional proposals.</p></li><li><p>Mentor and support team members demonstrating the ability to coach and elevate performance across the organization.</p></li><li><p>Lead significant projects independently exercise considerable judgment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers proactively identifying new contacts and initiating meaningful connections.</p></li><li><p>Build reliable forecasts and projections using data and financial indicators to anticipate risks and make informed decisions.</p></li><li><p>Track trends competitor activities product developments and regulatory matters within the UAE medical device landscape and provide structured reporting to management.</p></li><li><p>Propose proactive solutions to customers and translate strategic objectives into clear daily weekly and monthly action plans.</p></li><li><p>Plan conduct and document customer visits meetings and product demonstrations according to business goals and customer needs.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate tender requests and proposal requirements preparing complete and accurate material lists.</p></li><li><p>Guide customers through procurement channels (tenders direct purchases leasing external purchases) and collaborate with the tender team on awarded projects from initiation to completion.</p></li><li><p>Track delivery timelines communicate updates proactively and ensure smooth operational execution.</p></li><li><p>Manage customer feedback and complaints in collaboration with Quality Management implementing corrective actions and communicating outcomes.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate scientific support needs with the marketing team and assist in driving scientific and marketing activities.</p></li><li><p>Support the logistics team when required ensuring seamless supply chain execution.</p></li><li><p>Seek business opportunities across product lines and broaden commercial impact across your territory.</p></li></ul><h3>Education</h3><ul><li><p>Bachelors degree in business medical sciences or a related field (higher education preferred).</p></li></ul><h3>Experience</h3><ul><li><p>58 years of business experience ideally within the medical device industry.</p></li><li><p>Proven commercial performance over 35 years.</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of the medical device environment and regulatory requirements.</p></li></ul><h3>Competencies&Behaviors</h3><ul><li><p>Strong ability to influence and collaborate effectively using communication and diplomacy.</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.</p></li><li><p>Persuasive outgoing and confident in dealing with diverse stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>High persistence self-motivation and resilience.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical planning and strategic thinking skills.</p></li><li><p>Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and business needs.</p></li><li><p>Excellent teamwork and networking capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Strong commercial and business acumen.</p></li><li><p>Valid driving license.</p></li></ul><p>Travel Percentage: 80%</p><h3>Required Experience</h3><p>Staff IC</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
