You will have a strong command of the American curriculum framework and the ability to deliver engaging, well‑structured lessons that inspire curiosity and meet the diverse needs of every learner in your classroom. Excellent communication skills are essential — with students, their families, and your colleagues — as is the ability to use assessment effectively to track progress and adapt your teaching accordingly. You will be organised, creative, and reflective, with a collaborative spirit and a genuine commitment to high standards.
