Reporting to Sales Manager, you will oversee account penetration by leveraging products and services. Below more details:Job DescriptionOversee account penetration by leveraging products and services.Prepare and deliver basic and advanced customer training and technical presentations.Act as the escalation point of contact for other team members.Conduct account reviews and regional sales planning meetings.Traveling to various unanticipated locations as required.Liaise with the Account Team and Service Delivery Team on customer projects.Work with customers and engineers to assess customer needs and to determine system requirements and solution designs.Act as a technical point of contact for sales team; provide guidance and training on the technical aspects of the products.Participate in monthly partner training presentations.Assist customers with Proof-of-Concept project design, implementation, and documentation.Assist customers with technical questions via Live Chat.Help create RFP and RFI responses.Support the account managers by developing a firm understanding of their customer’s technical dilemma(s) and providing a technical solution.Quickly identify whether Company’s product line will be able to solve the issues being presented by the customer.Travel with field account managers to on-site sales opportunities, partner training, and trade shows.Qualifications5 years experience in audio-visual systems as a pre-sales engineerAbility to articulate requirements and expectations clearly and assertivelyResults/performance orientationSound references and demonstrable core professional ethicsComfortably working in a collaborative environment (teamwork)Structured thinker and communicatorOwnership and driver to completion (personal commitment)#J-18808-Ljbffr
