Open to all nationalities.What You’ll DoManage and nurture strong client relationships: providing regular updates, presenting performance reports, and gathering feedback effectively.Drive proactive media relations efforts: build strong journalist relationships, and secure high‑impact coverage across relevant sectors.Develop insightful reports: analyze campaign performance, media coverage, and social data to create comprehensive reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Contribute to strategic planning: develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies and integrated campaigns.Mentor and guide junior team members: guide and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and fostering their development.Identify trends & opportunities: monitor industry news, client sectors, and media landscapes to flag relevant trends and potential story angles for clients.Support the development of integrated communication strategies, ensuring media and reporting objectives are central to client plans.Oversee daily account operations: ensure smooth execution of PR activities, manage timelines, and maintain high standards for all deliverables and administrative tasks.Experience That Contributes to SuccessPrevious experience in a PR agency or in‑house communications role.Proven track record of successfully supporting client accounts and contributing to campaigns.Experience guiding or supporting junior staff members.Strong understanding of media relations, digital analytics, and integrated communications.Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills in English; Arabic is highly advantageous.A proactive approach to problem‑solving.You Belong at BursonOur vision is for Burson to be the leading ‘academy company’ for creative communications professionals and emerging leaders.
