In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact solutions, leveraging advanced Power BI and automation capabilities while thriving in an async, written communication-driven environment.ResponsibilitiesCollect, preprocess, and cleanse data from diverse internal and external sources to ensure data integrity and readiness for analysis.Design and develop efficient data models, intuitive dashboards, and interactive reports using Power BI, emphasizing mobile compatibility.Utilize advanced DAX functions, Power Query, and Power Automate to perform analytics, automate processes, and optimize dashboard performance.Deploy data models into production environments and integrate them seamlessly into decision-making workflows and business applications.Assure data quality by identifying, resolving inconsistencies, and implementing best practices for data governance and privacy.Present data-driven insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, using compelling visualizations to inform business KPIs.Manage Power BI administration including gateways, data source connections, and user access, ensuring secure and efficient data transfers.Required Qualifications4–7 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development, with advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power Automate.Proven expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and designing performance-optimized dashboards for both desktop and mobile.Strong command of SQL, data extraction from REST APIs, and interpreting complex datasets using statistical techniques.Demonstrated ability to communicate insights effectively in writing, aligning with our async culture.Solid understanding of database concepts and best practices for visualization and data governance.Prior experience in large-scale organizations, with a track record of cross-team collaboration.Valid UAE Driving License and current UAE residency are mandatory.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.Previous experience in the logistics, freezone, or ports industries.Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and machine learning within Power BI.#J-18808-Ljbffr
