OverviewNEW JOB OPPORTUNITY IN NEELKAMAL PLASTIC FACTORY L.L.C., AJMANPOSITION: BLOW MOULDING OPERATORLOCATION: AJMANIMMEDIATE PLACEMENTONLY THE CANDIDATES CANDIDATES WITH BLOW MOLDING EXPERIENCEQualification: CIPET Diploma or ITI.Should have experience in Extrusion Blow Moulding at least 2-5years.Responsibilities & AuthoritiesAchieving and maintaining company established goals in efficiency, quality and safety by following all proceduresOverall line responsibility from production to packaging: Start / Stop the machine; performing parison controls; monitoring Material control (weight distribution, regrind levels, watch tail lengths, etc.); performing regular quality control throughout the shift and visual quality checks; preparing machine for mold change; ensuring goods are produced in correct quantity and in accordance with agreed specifications; accurately recording goods produced and problems encountered during shift.Assisting Shift Supervisor as needed.Working together in a Team: ensuring team works together as efficiently as possible.Maintaining good housekeeping in and around the machine and within department.KRATo carried out the production plan & achieve the targets.Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.Fix issues that might occur during the shift.Control of wastages/ rejection online.Online job training to helpers for their achievements.Maintain the safety & discipline in the workplace.Salary and RemunerationsAED 2000-2500AccommodationMedical Expenses provided by the employerTransportationTicket every 2 yearsother annual benefits as per UAE law.SkillsKey Skills for Plastic Blow Molding OperatorsTechnical & Machine Operation:Machine Operation & Setup: Proficient in operating blow molding machines, including startup/shutdown procedures and monitoring panels/alarms.Process Knowledge: Understanding of extrusion fundamentals, parison control, and die gap adjustments.Mold Setup & Changeover: Ability to change molds, install tools, and adjust machine settings for different product runs.Material Knowledge: Knowledge of plastic materials and, in some cases, mixing raw materials/colorants.Troubleshooting & MaintenanceDefect Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing issues like flashing, short shots, poor color distribution, and wall thickness variations.Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine, minor maintenance to prevent machine downtime.Mechanical Aptitude: Basic understanding of mechanical systems to diagnose and fix machinery issues.Quality & SafetyQuality Inspection: Using tools to check finished products against specifications (e.g., weight, dimensions, leakage tests).Safety Adherence: Strictly following SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), including wearing safety gear (gloves, glasses) and managing hazardous materials.Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate production, quality, and machine setting logs.Typical RequirementsQualification: CIPET Diploma or ITI.Experience: Previous experience in plastic manufacturing, specifically with blow molding or plastic injection molding, is often preferred.
