Plant/Manufacturing ManagerOverview:The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of manufacturing operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production. This role is crucial for achieving company goals, maintaining compliance with Saudi regulations, and driving continuous improvement within the factory environmentKey Responsibilities:Oversee daily manufacturing operations and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of productsImplement cost-effective production methods while maintaining and improving quality standardsLead and develop the manufacturing team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and fostering a culture of safety and excellenceDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce wasteEnsure compliance with Saudi health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as any industry-specific standardsMonitor and analyze production KPIs, such as efficiency, downtime, cost management, and quality metrics, and take corrective actions as needed1Coordinate with supply chain, engineering, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations and timely material flowMaintain and schedule preventive maintenance for all manufacturing equipment to minimize downtimePrepare and present regular performance and progress reports to senior managementSupport business growth by developing and executing plans for capacity expansion, process upgrades, and new product introductionsRequired Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the GCC regionStrong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production management, and regulatory compliance in Saudi ArabiaProficiency in ERP systems, lean manufacturing tools, and Six Sigma methodologiesExcellent leadership, team management, and coaching skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressureValid driving license and willingness to travel as requiredExperience in sectors relevant to Saudi industry, such as geodesic domes, oil industry components, or metal manufacturing, is highly desirable.Familiarity with Saudi customs clearance and import procedures is a plusKPIs to Track:Production efficiency and output relative to resources usedAdherence to quality standards (defect and return rates)Cost management and adherence to budgetDowntime reduction and equipment uptimeCompliance with safety and regulatory requirementsWe Offer:Opportunity to work for the global leader of above ground fuel storage industry and develop your career furtherOngoing industry training and certifications i.e. health and safety etc.Competitive remuneration and benefits as per local lawHigh-end equipmentAre you excited about joining a highly diverse international team and the prospect of contributing to an industry-leader in emissions-mitigation equipment for aboveground storage tanks?
