Planning & Project Engineer (Qatar)

Job DescriptionDevelop, plan and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather input for planning activities.Monitor project progress and prepare status reports, forecasts, and recovery plans.Identify critical paths, constraints, and risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.Support cost tracking, resource planning, and earned value analysis.Support Project manager to prepare the procurement registers, activity list and subcontractor selection.Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and prepare statement methods inspection Test Plans and Progress reports.RequirementsMust have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in project planning and engineering roles.Must be proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.Have a strong understanding of control systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS)Experience in Qatar Energy LNG projects will be a plusExperience in EPC or industrial automation projects.BenefitsEmployment Type: Full-TimeContract Duration: 1 Year (Renewable based on performance)Notice Period / Availability: Immediate or 1-Month NoticeSalary: Competitive (Based on experience and qualifications)Benefits: Full Package as per Qatar laws#J-18808-Ljbffr
