Planning Engineer

Project Scheduling & Baseline PlansDevelop, validate, and manage integrated baseline schedules for complex projects using Primavera P6.Define WBS, sequencing, and logical relationships aligned with project strategy.Identify critical paths, float trends, and milestone dependencies.Lead schedule reviews with project teams and adjust as required.Resource & Manpower PlanningAllocate manpower, equipment, and materials in alignment with activity durations and productivity benchmarks.Generate and analyze resource histograms and S-curves across multiple sites.Identify resource gaps, advise on mitigation, and align planning with procurement and HR.Progress Monitoring & ReportingOversee site progress measurement systems and ensure accurate data collection.Review and validate updates to Primavera schedules and progress reports.Develop performance dashboards and executive summaries for stakeholders.Lead weekly and monthly planning meetings with internal and external parties.Mobilization SupportPerform delay impact assessments (TIA) using forensic planning techniques.Conduct what-if analysis and prepare recovery/re-sequencing plans.Contribute to claims, variations, and contractual justifications related to delays.Collaborate with legal/contracts teams on EOT documentation.Schedule Risk & Delay AnalysisAct as a planning focal point in meetings with clients, consultants, and JV partners.Align planning deliverables with contractual KPIs and reporting requirements.Provide technical support during audits, claims reviews, and variation discussions.Coordinate with cost control and procurement on earned value integration.SkillsRegulatory Compliance AcumenCustomer-centricCommunication with ImpactTime ManagementTeamwork#J-18808-Ljbffr
