Planning Director

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the planning and scheduling function across multiple projects.Develop, review, and control master schedules, baseline programs, and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.Monitor project progress, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans and mitigation strategies.Oversee EOT claims, delay analysis, and coordination with contracts and commercial teams.Ensure alignment of planning activities with project execution, procurement, and cost control.Provide strategic planning support to senior management and project directors.Establish planning standards, procedures, and best practices across the organization.Prepare and present planning reports, dashboards, and progress updates to stakeholders and clients.SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred); Master’s degree is an advantage.Minimum 20+ years of total experience, including 5+ years as Planning Director / Senior Planning Manager.Strong experience in infrastructure and residential construction projects.Expert knowledge of Primavera P6, planning methodologies, and project controls.Proven experience in delay analysis, EOT submissions, and claims support.Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.GCC / Saudi Arabia experience is highly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
