Planning & Budgeting Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manager, Planning & Budgeting to lead production planning, budgeting, and cost monitoring activities across the Production Business Unit.This role will support operations across aggregates, asphalt plants, ready-mix concrete (RMC), and mining / drilling & blasting activities, ensuring efficient production planning, cost transparency, and data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop integrated production planning frameworks covering quarry operations, crushing plants, asphalt plants, and batching plants.Prepare and manage annual budgets and production forecasts.Monitor production costs and cost-per-ton metrics across aggregates, asphalt, and RMC operations.Develop planning dashboards and performance reports for senior management.Analyze production data to support operational and strategic decision-making.Coordinate with Production, Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align production plans with project demand and material supply.Requirements8–10 years of experience in planning, budgeting, cost control, or financial analysis within aggregates, asphalt, RMC, mining, or construction materials industries.Strong understanding of production planning and cost management in asset-intensive operations.Experience with Primavera, Power BI, ERP systems, or planning tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.If you have experience in production planning and cost control within construction materials or mining operations, we encourage you to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
