Job Description

As a PipingStress Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis and design of piping systems to ensure compliance with ADNOC specifications, international codes, and project requirements. The role supports detailed engineering and ensures piping flexibility, integrity, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform piping stress analysis for static and dynamic conditions for onshore Oil & Gas facilitiesCarry out stress analysis using approved software such as CAESAR II / AutoPIPEEvaluate piping systems for: Thermal expansion and contraction, Sustained, operating, and occasional loads, Wind, seismic, slug, and relief valve loadsDesign and review pipe supports, restraints, spring hangers, and expansion loopsPrepare and review stress analysis reports, stress isometrics, and support load dataCoordinate closely with Piping Layout, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, and Process teamsEnsure compliance with: ASME B31.3 / B31.4 / B31.8, ADNOC Engineering Standards, International codes and project specificationsReview vendor piping stress calculations and support recommendationsParticipate in model reviews, HAZID/HAZOP, and design review meetingsProvide engineering support during construction and commissioning phases, as requiredAddress technical queries, deviations, and site-related stress issuesKey QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical EngineeringMinimum 8+ years of relevant experience in piping stress engineering for Oil & Gas projectsADNOC Onshore project experience is mandatoryStrong experience in Detailed Engineering / EPC projectsProficient in CAESAR II (mandatory); Auto PIPE is an advantageThorough knowledge of ASME codes, piping design practices, and Oil & Gas standardsExperience coordinating with multi-discipline engineering teamsGood communication and technical report-writing skillsPrior experience working with ADNOC-approved EPC contractors(Preferred)Exposure to Brownfield projects and site engineering support (Preferred)Familiarity with vendor coordination and package engineering (Preferred)Experience with pipe support design philosophy and stress optimization (Preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
