David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Physical Security Technology Manager for their offices in either Latam, Serbia, Romania, UAE.Position: Physical Security Technology ManagerLocation: Latam, Serbia, Romania, UAEEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salaryAbout the role.The Physical Security Technology Manager supports the Global Security function by leading the design, standardization, and implementation of physical security technologies across global locations. This role acts as the technical authority, ensuring systems are scalable, compliant, and seamlessly integrated into a modern workplace.Duties and responsibilities:Act as the subject matter expert for physical security technologies, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and visitor management systemsDesign and lead global initiatives to standardize, modernize, and optimize security technologies across all locationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Security, Facilities, IT, AV, Cybersecurity, and Operations on new builds, upgrades, and renovationsProvide technical guidance to ensure system compatibility, performance, and compliance with regulatory and corporate security standardsManage external vendors responsible for installation, maintenance, and repairs, ensuring quality and consistencyDrive continuous improvement by evaluating and adopting emerging and AI-driven security technologiesSupport global deployments through travel, ensuring consistent implementation standards.Requirements:Fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communicationDegree or certification in electronic engineering or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experienceMinimum 5 years of experience in physical security technology, including design, integration, installation, and vendor managementProven experience with access control systems, video management platforms, intrusion detection, and alarmsProject management experience supporting builds, expansions, or renovations in international environmentsAbility to work across multiple time zonesWillingness to travel internationally (20–30%)Benefits:Competitive salary with bonus opportunities based on performancePaid training to familiarise with the company’s high standards and proceduresPrivate Health Insurance for comprehensive medical coverageOpportunities to advance within a global tech companyAnd many others!!!#J-18808-Ljbffr
