Personal trainer job vacancy in Dubai UAEPosition OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Personal Trainer to join the team at our Dubai fitness center. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing personalized fitness plans according to each client’s individual goals and health conditions, helping clients reach their desired level of physical activity. You will also need to be able to provide support and motivation throughout the clients’ journey.Key ResponsibilitiesYour main responsibilities will include creating customized fitness plans for clients, providing support and guidance throughout their journey, tracking client progress on an ongoing basis, educating them about nutrition and lifestyle choices that can improve their health, providing feedback on their performance, monitoring their form and technique during workouts, and helping them reach their goals. You should also be able to offer nutritional advice and exercise tips in order to maximize results.Qualifications/SkillsThe ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in order to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively. He/she should have an understanding of anatomy as well as practical experience in personal training or similar roles. A diploma or certification in personal training is preferred but not essential; however, a background in health science is preferred. The candidate should also have a strong knowledge of nutrition and be able to motivate individuals through positive reinforcement.CompensationThis is a full-time role with a salary of 1200 AED per month plus benefits such as performance bonuses and insurance options.
