Our clients invest €250,000–€800,000+ and receive residency or citizenship for themselves and their families - gaining Schengen access, euro-denominated assets, and long-term optionality.Founded by Andreas Afeldt, who is based full-time in Athens and has spent over a decade working with high-net-worth clients across international markets. PassBeyond sits between global institutional scale and personal, founder-led trust — with deep local knowledge in Greece and cultural fluency across every market we serve.We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to serve clients from India and South Asia.The RoleThis is not a traditional sales role. We’re looking for someone who already moves in the same circles as successful entrepreneurs, business owners, and senior professionals - and who can introduce them to an opportunity that provides real security and optionality for their families.You will:Introduce PassBeyond to high-net-worth individuals in your networkHelp clients understand the real numbers, real timelines, and real risks - so they can make an informed decisionWalk alongside clients from first conversation through to permit in handBuild trust through genuine conversation - not scripts or pressure tacticsWork remotely with full support from our Athens headquartersWe’re not looking for cold-callers or lead-chasers.
