Our clients invest €250,000–€800,000+ and receive residency or citizenship for themselves and their families - gaining Schengen access, euro-denominated assets, and long-term optionality.</p><p>Founded by Andreas Afeldt, who is based full-time in Athens and has spent over a decade working with high-net-worth clients across international markets. PassBeyond sits between global institutional scale and personal, founder-led trust — with deep local knowledge in Greece and cultural fluency across every market we serve.</p><p>We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to serve clients from India and South Asia.</p><h3>The Role</h3><p>This is not a traditional sales role. We’re looking for someone who already moves in the same circles as successful entrepreneurs, business owners, and senior professionals - and who can introduce them to an opportunity that provides real security and optionality for their families.</p><p>You will:</p><ul><li>Introduce PassBeyond to high-net-worth individuals in your network</li><li>Help clients understand the real numbers, real timelines, and real risks - so they can make an informed decision</li><li>Walk alongside clients from first conversation through to permit in hand</li><li>Build trust through genuine conversation - not scripts or pressure tactics</li><li>Work remotely with full support from our Athens headquarters</li></ul><p>We’re not looking for cold-callers or lead-chasers.
