Performance Reporting Director- Emirati Talent

Manage the performance monitoring and reporting framework for the organization, including the tracking of corporate and sectorial strategies, analyzing trends and insights, liaising with various functions, and preparing relevant reports to ensure effective decision-making and alignment with organizational goals.Monitor the corporate and sectorial performance and measure those against set metrics to track and report on progress as well as inform decision-making.Oversee the development of functional performance monitoring and reporting framework and dashboards to track the effectiveness and progress of strategic initiatives.Monitor financial and organizational performance and generate insights accordingly to devise corrective/preventative actions as needed.Oversee the collated data and information to identify trends, insights, and recommendations for corporate and sectorial strategies to achieve desired outcomes.Oversee performance with relevant committees and senior management to inform decision-making and document issues, risks, and mitigation plans.Oversee and submit relevant reports and dashboards that inform management of strategic performance metrics and outcomes.Identify and highlight potential risks of strategy execution and collaborate with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Risk Management) to manage the development of mitigation strategies.Stay abreast of emerging methodologies, tools, and best practices in strategy performance monitoring and reporting to ensure the function remains aligned with governance standards.Actively engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance skills and contribute to personal and organizational growthJob Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Finance, or a related fieldMin of 10 years of Experience in Related role#J-18808-Ljbffr
