We have global ambitions no small thinking here.</p><h3>Role Overview</h3><p>As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Calo you will be responsible for overseeing our paid marketing strategies and across social media platforms including Meta TikTok and Snapchat. Your focus will be on creating implementing and optimizing digital campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. You will manage and measure the performance of our paid marketing channels ensuring they align with our business objectives to drive growth and scale conversions. Collaborating closely with our marketing and design teams youll craft compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience ultimately contributing to Calos growth and market presence.</p><p>Please note that this is a remote position.</p><h3>Main Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute effective paid marketing strategies on social media platforms like Meta TikTok and Snapchat</li><li>Manage budgets and campaigns across these platforms to maximize return on investment and minimize Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)</li><li>Track and analyze the performance of paid campaigns adjusting strategies based on datadriven insights</li><li>Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate performance marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies</li><li>Conduct A/B testing to refine campaigns and enhance engagement and conversion rates</li><li>Monitor trends in social media marketing adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities and platforms</li><li>Coordinate with the growth team to improve funnel conversion rates and share insights</li></ul><h3>Ideal Candidate</h3><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or any related field</li><li>3 years of experience in a performance marketing role at a B2C company</li><li>Proficiency in English</li></ul><h3>Knowledge&Competency</h3><ul><li>Indepth experience with social media advertising and media buying platforms</li><li>Proven track record of managing substantial marketing budgets effectively</li><li>Familiarity with performance marketing automation technology and analytical tools like Automated Custom Audiences Meta Reporting TikTok Reporting etc</li><li>Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and A/B testing</li><li>Creative mindset with the ability to identify and target key audiences effectively and devising digital campaigns that are engaging</li><li>Knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus</li><li>Ability to optimize landing pages and user funnels</li><li>Keen interest in staying updated with new technologies and emerging trends in digital marketing</li></ul><h3>Personality</h3><ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</li><li>Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams</li><li>Friendly and pleasant personality that is able to lead with empathy and patience</li><li>A gogetter who is always up for a challenge</li><li>Strong problemsolving skills</li></ul><h3>Required Experience:</h3><p>Senior IC</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
