Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Performance Marketing Executive to support student enrolment and brand growth for our K-12 schools across the MENA region and India. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimising multi-channel paid marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads for school admissions.The role will report into the Performance Marketing Manager and work closely with admissions, CRM, creative, and web teams to ensure strong funnel performance from lead generation through enrollment.The RoleExecute and optimise paid performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Yandex.Manage full funnel campaigns focused on inquiries, campus visits, applications, and enrolments.Continuously optimise campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, lead quality, and conversion rates.Support campaign localisation for different markets across MENA and India.Regional & Market FocusApply market insights and audience understanding across K–12 education landscapes in MENA and India.Execute and optimise Arabic-language campaigns (preferred), ensuring cultural and messaging relevance.Support new school launches and market-entry campaigns.Analytics, Tracking & ReportingEnsure accurate tracking of leads and conversions across platforms.Monitor daily performance and provide actionable insights.Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.Share regular performance reports with clear recommendations.Analyse landing page performance data (conversion rates, bounce rates, engagement metrics, user behavior) to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements to enhance landing page KPIs and overall customer journey.Work closely with admissions teams to track lead quality and funnel performance.Manage and analyse lead data using CRM platforms such as Zoho and Open Apply.Support lead attribution, source analysis, and lifecycle reporting.Coordinate with creative and design teams to test ad creatives, formats, and messaging.Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and geographies.Support landing page optimisation in collaboration with web teams.The PersonBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or paid media, preferably in education, schools, or lead-generation businesses.Hands-on experience managing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Yandex.Experience running multi-market and multi-language campaignsStrong understanding of digital marketing funnels, landing page optimization principles, and lead-based KPIs.Preferred SkillsExperience running Arabic-language campaigns.Prior experience in K-12 education, admissions marketing, or school launches.Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Open Apply.Strong reporting and data visualisation skills using Power BI.Familiarity with privacy, consent, and data regulations across MENA and India.Practical experience in UI best practices and technical implementation of landing pages, including working with web teams or CMS platforms to deploy and optimise landing page improvements#J-18808-Ljbffr
