This role requires hands-on campaign management, deep knowledge of optimization, and the ability to deliver revenue-focused results in fast-paced environments.**Key Responsibilities*** Assist in campaign planning, execution, and day-to-day optimization across multiple platforms.* Translate high-level business objectives into tactical campaign actions.* Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and proactively recommend optimizations.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including social, search, and data feed specialists.* Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable for both clients and internal teams.* Contribute to quarterly business reviews and performance insights presentations.* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging tools in e-commerce and performance marketing.**Requirements*** 4+ years of experience in e-commerce, paid media, or performance marketing.* Strong knowledge of campaign management across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and shopping platforms.* Analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from campaign data.* Results-oriented mindset, with proven ability to meet revenue KPIs.* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.* Experience in GCC markets preferred.**Location:**Dubai**Brand:**Carat**Time Type:**Full time**Contract Type:**Permanent#J-18808-Ljbffr
