The role exists to build capability around SEO‑driven job posting optimization, helping the recruitment department significantly increase visibility, ranking, and applicant volume across job boards and search engines. This position is strategic, instructional, and execution‑light—you will design frameworks, templates, and training material while enabling the team to implement SEO best practices independently.
