Payments Executive

We're seeking a Junior Payments Executive to support our payments operations and help deliver seamless payment experience for our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in pay, working alongside experienced professionals and gaining hands‑on exposure to the full payment ecosystem.Key responsibilities:Operations Support – Assist with daily payments operations, transaction monitoring, and issue resolutionReporting & Analysis – Prepare regular reports on payment performance metrics (success rates, declines, chargebacks)Reconciliation – Support payment reconciliation processes and investigate discrepanciesVendor Coordination – Liaise with payment providers and processors on operational mattersCustomer Queries – Help resolve payment-related customer issues in collaboration with support teamsCompliance Support – Assist with maintaining PCI‑DSS compliance and documentationProcess Improvement – Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errorsProject Support – Contribute to payments projects such as new payment method launches or system upgradesRequirements:0–2 years of experience in payments, finance, operations, banking, exchange or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)Strong analytical skills and attention to detailProficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas)Good communication skills – written and verbalAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesEagerness to learn and grow in the payments industryPreferred Qualification:Exposure to payment systems, gateways, or financial operationsFamiliarity with payment methods (cards, bank transfers, digital wallets)Basic understanding of payment terminology (authorization, settlement, chargebacks)Experience with data tools (SQL, BI tools) is a plus but not required#J-18808-Ljbffr
