The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and producing delicious desserts, pastries, breads, cakes, and other delicacies.The ideal candidate should possess excellent baking and pastry-making skills, have a keen eye for detail and presentation, and possess strong organizational skills. The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment is essential. He/she must also be able to understand instructions in English to meet deadlines without compromising quality.Requirements:• At least four years of experience as a pastry chef• Expertise in creating delicious desserts, pastries, breads, cakes• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards• Excellent organizational skills• Ability to understand instructions in English• Ability to work well under pressureDuties & Responsibilities:• Create delicious desserts that meet customer requirements• Prepare ingredients such as doughs and batters according to recipes or customer specifications• Decorate desserts with toppings or glaze according to customer specifications or company standards• Monitor supplies of ingredients needed for production process• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers etc., following safety proceduresCompany Overview: We are an established catering business based in Abu Dhabi that specializes in high-end events for private parties and corporate functions.
