Job Requisition ID #26WD96211Position OverviewAs a Partner Account Manager, you will support the development and execution of partner strategies that contribute to revenue growth, market coverage, and customer success. You will manage a portfolio of partners, helping them build sales effectiveness, improve execution, and align with our business priorities. This role requires strong collaboration skills, a customer‑focused mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a matrix organisationYou will work closely with internal sales, marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure consistent execution of partner‑led initiatives. This is a hybrid role that involves regular on‑site meetings with partners across your assigned territoryMain ResponsibilitiesPartner Revenue GrowthDevelop and execute joint business plans with partners to meet sales targets, expand footprint in priority industries or segments, and accelerate pipeline creationPartner Relationship ManagementBuild trust‑based relationships with partner leadership and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, performance expectations, and shared growth prioritiesPartner Capability DevelopmentProvide guidance, training, and resources to help partners improve technical and sales competencies, enhance customer engagement, and maximize program participationGo‑to‑Market & Sales ExecutionCoordinate joint account planning, opportunity development, customer engagements, and marketing activities with partners and internal teams to increase demand and visibilityPerformance Tracking & InsightsMonitor partner KPIs, identify performance gaps, support regular business reviews, and deliver actionable insights to drive improvement and accountabilityMarket Coverage & ExpansionSupport expansion into under‑penetrated markets by strengthening partner coverage and assisting with partner recruitment where requiredCross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, and Customer Success to support partner‑related initiativesCustomer & Partner FeedbackCapture and share insights from partners and customers to help inform business decisions, program enhancements, and product improvementsExternal RepresentationRepresent the company at partner events, industry conferences, and relevant forums to build brand awareness and strengthen ecosystem relationshipsMinimum Qualifications5-7 years of experience in Saas is a must5-7 years’ experience in partner management, channel sales, or customer relationship managementStrong command of French, both written and spokenStrong understanding of channel ecosystems and indirect sales motionsDemonstrated ability to support revenue growth across regional or multi‑country territoriesExperience collaborating effectively in a matrix organisationFluent in French and English; proficiency in an additional regional language, e.g. Arabic preferredStrong communication, relationship‑building, and analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting partners in technology, software, or solution‑based industriesExposure to subscription‑based or recurring revenue business modelsAbility to translate data and insights into practical partner actions#LI-IS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
