<div><p>Traditional channel sales is broken. Most partner development managers spend their time supporting underperforming accounts or maintaining legacy relationships that offer little growth potential. At the same time, Generative AI is fundamentally changing product distribution and partner ecosystem development, yet many organizations continue relying on manual processes and intuition to identify resellers. GFI takes a different approach. We leverage AI to discover, evaluate, and enable a new generation of resellers—those who recognize emerging market opportunities and are ready to act immediately. We select partners based on strategic fit, accelerate their onboarding, and equip them with AI-generated sales assets that drive immediate deal closure. In this position, you won't function as a traditional channel coordinator. You'll engineer a high-velocity revenue system. This position does not involve responding to inbound inquiries, maintaining established accounts, or executing outdated strategies. You'll apply AI to discover partners with exceptional potential, create accelerated onboarding pathways that maximize conversion, and launch new partnerships that produce revenue in a matter of weeks. If speed, scalability, and AI-first execution define your approach, we want you to build this modern channel infrastructure with us.</p><h3><b>What You Will Be Doing</b></h3><ul><li>Develop prioritized prospect lists of potential resellers, scored according to revenue probability using AI-driven analytical insights</li><li>Design customized onboarding programs that prepare resellers to sell our AI solutions with speed and confidence</li><li>Convert newly enrolled partners into productive sellers who consistently close business and remain active within our AI-powered channel ecosystem</li></ul><h3><b>Partner Development Manager Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>Drive revenue growth by discovering, onboarding, and activating high-caliber resellers who are positioned to capitalize on cutting-edge AI solutions</li></ul><h3><b>Basic Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>Demonstrated expertise in advanced generative AI applications (i.e., proficiency with multiple AI platforms, capability to automate processes and build custom GPTs); experience limited to using LLMs for research, learning, brainstorming, or content creation will not meet the standard</li><li>Minimum of 2 years in channel sales, with specific focus on recruiting and onboarding new partners (not solely managing pre-existing relationships)</li></ul><h3><b>About GFI Software</b></h3><p>Small and medium-sized businesses don’t have time for complicated IT solutions. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
