Painting Supervisor

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Painting Supervisor with strong UAE site exposure to oversee painting works on construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality standards, and managing painting teams to deliver work on time.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage painting works for residential, commercial, and industrial projectsCoordinate daily activities of painters and subcontractors on siteEnsure surface preparation, painting application, and finishing meet project specificationsMonitor work quality, safety, and productivity on siteCoordinate with site engineers, project managers, and other tradesPlan manpower, materials, and tools to meet project timelinesPrepare daily progress reports and handle site inspectionsRequirements:Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Painting SupervisorStrong knowledge of painting materials, methods, and finishesAbility to read and understand drawings and specificationsValid UAE Driving License (mandatory)Salary & Benefits:Salary: AED 4,000 – 8,000 (depending on experience)Company transport providedOther benefits as per UAE Labour Law#J-18808-Ljbffr
