Painter

ResponsibilitiesThe Painter will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting finishes as part of ongoing maintenance and fit-out projects across the company’s property portfolio. This role includes surface preparation, application of various types of paint and coatings, and ensuring that all work is completed to the required standard and within project timelines.Surface Preparation & Application: Prepare surfaces and apply paints, varnishes, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.Fit-Out & Maintenance Support: Execute painting tasks as part of renovation, fit-out, and maintenance works in coordination with other trades.Touch-Ups & Repair: Perform touch-up work and repainting as needed following repairs or inspections.Tool & Material Management: Ensure proper use, cleaning, and storage of all painting tools and materials.Safety & Site Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in commercial or residential painting.
