ResponsibilitiesProviding professional friendly and engaging service.Painting interior and exterior areas of the hotel using brushes rollers spray guns or other applicators.Preparing surfaces for painting by washing sing sanding or sandblasting.Cutting in freehand or with tape spot priming and rolling walls.Caulking filling sanding trim; patching drywall; and rolling walls and trim.Mixing and matching paints enamels lacquers stains and special protective coatings.Identifying and repairing deficiencies in drywall millwork appliances fixtures flooring and windows.Assisting with preventative maintenance tasks and repairs.Maintaining an organized inventory of painting materials and supplies.Prioritizing tasks and working efficiently.Supporting Health & Safety standards and environmental sustainability programs.Collaborating with the Chief Engineer and team on projects and renovations.Performing other duties as assigned.QualificationsMinimum of at least 2years of working experience in a hotel or resortSecondary / High school educationRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
