We're looking for professionals who combine business rigor with a builders mindset, entrepreneurial thinkers, data‑driven decision‑makers and strong collaborators who prioritize people, culture and long‑term impact.Join us as we shape the future of family living in the region.Job DescriptionSupervise and lead the outbound team (pickers, packers, dispatchers) to meet daily shipment targets.Monitor the workflow of order processing, picking, packing and dispatch.Ensure accurate order fulfillment and on‑time delivery.Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve any delivery issues or delays.Track performance metrics (accuracy, productivity, order cycle time) and report daily/weekly KPIs.Conduct regular team briefings and shift handovers.Ensure all outbound activities comply with safety, quality and operational standards.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.Train and motivate team members to achieve departmental goals.RequirementsBachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain or a related field.Minimum 24 years of experience in outbound/logistics operations, preferably in an e‑commerce or fulfillment center environment.Strong leadership and communication skills.Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP tools (e.g. NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).Ability to manage and prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.Flexible to work in shifts and weekends if required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
