For more information, visit www.tcs.com and follow TCS news at @TCS_News.Job Description:Experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation & Support projects with Oracle EBS Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Learning management, Payroll etc.Setup HR related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, and Special Information Types, security Profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets and menus etc.Independently drive the business users to understand the functional requirements, gather and analyze the business requirements, perform the Fit-Gap analysis and provide production support.Responsible for the various project deliverables documents - Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Reporting requirements, Training materials etc.Having knowledge in Oracle E-Business development environment (PLSQL, Workflow, Form Personalization, BI Publisher Reports etc.) to work with technical consultantsAbility to communicate in a clear and concise manner working in Integrated Project TeamsThank you for expressing interest in this role at TCS.
