Optometrist vacancy in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAEOptometrist job in Umm-al-Qaiwain UAEWe are looking for an experienced Optometrist to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain. The right candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and must be licensed to practice in the UAE.The position offers a competitive salary of 1100 AED per month, with the potential for bonuses and other incentives. We are open to considering applications from qualified foreign candidates.Responsibilities include:- Screening patients for vision problems;- Prescribing eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other vision aids;- Testing patients’ colour vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision;- Diagnosing eye diseases such as glaucoma or cataracts;- Examining eyes for signs of injury or disease;- Explaining procedures and discussing test results with patients;- Referring patients to ophthalmologists when necessary.Ideal candidates should possess the following qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Optometry or a related field;- Valid UAE license as an Optometrist;- Strong knowledge of optometry principles and practices;- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms;- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.If you feel like you meet the criteria for this position, please submit your CV along with any other relevant documents to (INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS).
