The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating vision problems, providing advice about eye care, and performing eye examinations.The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently as well as with the team, and have a passion for providing exceptional patient service. Additionally, the candidate should have a degree in optometry or related field and must be licensed to practice in Dibba-El-Fujairah. Experience in the field is preferred but not required.Primary responsibilities include:Performing comprehensive eye exams; assessing visual acuity; determining refractive error; diagnosing eye diseases; prescribing corrective lenses; taking medical histories; counseling patients on contact lens use; evaluating potential risks associated with vision care products and services; and discussing treatment plans with patients.Maintaining accurate patient records, providing educational materials to patients on various topics related to eye health, prescribing eyeglasses or contact lenses when necessary, and advising patients on lifestyle changes that may benefit their vision.This position offers a competitive salary of 1700 AED per month.
