OverviewOptometrist job in Haur-Fakkan UAEJob Title: OptometristLocation: Haur-Fakkan, UAESalary: 1600 AED per monthWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Optometrist to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye care services to patients of all ages including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and managing ocular diseases.The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical skills, be able to communicate well with patients and staff, and have a strong knowledge of optometric procedures. The ability to stay organized while multitasking is essential.Conduct comprehensive ophthalmic examinations including visual acuity testing, refraction, retinoscopy, tonometry and ophthalmoscopyEvaluate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lensesManage ocular diseases such as glaucoma or macular degenerationEducate patients on proper eye care techniquesRecommend the use of protective eyewear when neededDevelop custom treatment plans for each patientMaintain accurate patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Optometry from an accredited university/collegeLicensed Optometrist in the UAE (preferred)At least 3 years’ experience as an Optometrist preferredExcellent communication skills both written and verbal in English (Arabic is a plus)We welcome applications from immigrants who meet the above qualifications and are ready to work in Haur-Fakkan.
