<div><p><b>We are</b>currently looking for<b>Optimizely Architect / Lead (with CMP&Personalization Integration)-</b><b>Offshore</b>for our<b>UAE</b>operations.</p><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Proven experience with Optimizely CMS 12 Commerce Cloud CMP and Personalization.</li><li>Strong background Core C# MVC Web API.</li><li>Experience with Azure cloud services CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure scaling.</li><li>Familiarity with event tracking data integration and analytics platforms (GA4).</li><li>Knowledge of headless CMS and API‑first delivery.</li><li>Strong understanding of recommendation engines A/B testing and personalization strategies.</li><li>Certifications in Optimizely (Architect CMS/Commerce Developer) preferred.</li></ul><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead solution architecture for Optimizely CMS CMP and Personalization/Content Recommendations.</li><li>Define technical roadmaps for multi‑site and headless deployments.</li><li>Architect integrations between CMP CMS CRM DAM and marketing automation systems.</li><li>Oversee setup of personalization engines: segmentation targeting and content affinity modelling.</li><li>Ensure compliance with data governance GDPR/CCPA and security standards.</li><li>Provide technical leadership, code reviews and guidance to front‑end and back‑end teams.</li></ul><h3>Joining time frame</h3><p>2 weeks (maximum 1 month)</p><br/><h3>Remote Work</h3><p>No</p><br/><h3>Employment Type</h3><p>Full‑time</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
