Operations Team Leader - Warehouse

The Warehouse Operations Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate and timely receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. They lead and support warehouse associates to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and service excellence.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and put-awayLead and support warehouse associates to meet productivity, quality, and service targetsAssign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)Enforce safety rules and promote a safe working environmentTrain, coach, and onboard new team membersSupport inventory control activities such as cycle counts and discrepancy resolutionMonitor system transactions using WMS/RF scanners and report operational issuesMaintain housekeeping and 5S standardsIdentify process improvement opportunities and escalation operational risksRequirementsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field2-4 years of warehouse or distribution experiencePrevious experience in a team leader or senior warehouse role preferredKnowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and safety practicesExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scannersStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
