Operations Manager

Overview MULTI-UNIT EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIALBASED IN RIYADH, KSAAn exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multiple premium dining locations within a well-established restaurant group. This role is focused on driving day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring consistent guest experience, and supporting business performance across high-volume sites. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations across multiple premium dining outlets Support the execution of operational strategies to improve performance, efficiency, and guest experience Take ownership of site-level performance, supporting P&L delivery and cost control initiatives Ensure all locations consistently meet brand standards, service quality, and operational procedures Monitor sales performance, labour, and operational costs, identifying areas for improvement Support new restaurant openings, ensuring smooth operational setup and launch execution Lead, manage, and motivate large teams across multiple sites, ensuring high engagement and performance Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong operational control and hands-on leadership presence Deliver training and coaching to restaurant management teams to build capability and consistency Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all locations Work closely with senior leadership to implement initiatives and drive continuous improvement Hands-on leadership style with the ability to be present in operations regularly Qualifications Proven experience as an Operations Manager within premium dining or high-end restaurant groups Experience managing multi-site restaurant operations Strong understanding of P&L and cost management at unit level Hands-on leadership style with the ability to be present in operations regularly Experience supporting restaurant openings is highly desirable Strong people management skills, with experience leading large, diverse teams Commercially aware with the ability to drive performance in busy environments Highly organised, proactive, and able to prioritise in fast-paced settings Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences Please note, only candidates with relevant experience will be contacted to discuss the position in more detail.
