Operational Excellence Manager

ResponsibilitiesConduct regular audits and assessments of operations across business divisions.Monitor adherence to policies standards and procedures identifying gaps and risks.Develop and implement operational excellence frameworks to drive efficiency and quality.Provide structured reports and recommendations to senior management.Track corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement is embedded across divisions.Support management in preparing for external audits andcertifications.Champion a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.QualificationsBachelorsdegree in Engineering Business Administration Quality Management or related field.
