JOBTITLEOnline Personal Shopper | Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle | OperationsROLESUMMARYThe Online Personal Shopper will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and growing a portfolio of customers, delivering outstanding sales-driven results while ensuring excellent customer experience and service.ROLEPROFILERecruit(monthlytarget)andretaincustomers.BuildarelationshipwithtoptiercustomersinordertostrengthenbrandandpersonalLoyalty.Identifytheneedsofthecustomerandrecommendarangeofproductstochoosefrominordertoarriveatanappropriatebuyingdecision.Ensuremonthlysalestargetsareachievedacrosscategories.Ensurethatsalesleadsareidentifiedandprioritizedaswellascreateandimplementnewsellingideastoensuresalestargetsaremet.WorkcloselywithBuying,PlanningandDigitalMerchandisingteamstoensuremaximumknowledgeofforthcomingstockavailabilitytoforcustomerbenefit.ProvidingsupporttothecustomercareteamtoresolveVIPcustomers'issuesasnecessary.Follownetworkingstrategiesinordertodevelopandenhanceclientbase.REQUIREMENTSDiplomaorbachelor’sdegreeinanyrelatedfield,preferablyinFashion.3-5yearsretailexperienceofluxurybrands.At least 3 years of experience as online personal shopper/stylist.Musthaveablackbook.ExcellentCommunicationSkills.FluentEnglish.#J-18808-Ljbffr
