Onboarding Team Leader

We are currently looking for an Onboarding Team Leader to manage the onboarding function to ensure accurate, compliant and timely onboarding of new business, renewals, and endorsements, acting as the key quality gate before policy creation. The role is accountable for SLA adherence, team performance, stakeholder management, and continuous process improvement.Your JobOversee end-to-end onboarding activities such as new business, renewals and endorsementsEnsure all cases meet in good order standards before handover.Manage workload distribution, prioritization, and capacity planning.Lead, coach, and develop the Onboarding team.Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements are met, performing quality checks on onboarding cases to ensure high standards.Keeping up to date with Regulatory requirements (DHA, DOH, etc.), Internal SOPs and audit standards.Act as the primary escalation point for internal and external issues.Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.Present insights, improvement and action plans to management team.Standardize best practices across onboarding activitiesYour profileKnowledge of Financial Underwriting Guidelines.2-3 market experience in EB Operations.Experiece in managing a team.Good communication skills & command of English.Comprehensive knowledge of Excel*Munich Re not only stands for fairness with regard to its clients; it is also an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
