Job DescriptionDigital Business Analyst – Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)Location: Dubai, UAE Contract: 3 Months (Potential Extension) Rate: Up to 18,000 AED per monthOverviewWe are supporting a leading retail organisation in Dubai who are seeking a Digital Business Analyst with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) experience to support ongoing digital commerce initiatives.This role will focus on analysing and optimising e-commerce and digital customer journeys, working closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders to deliver enhancements across the organisation’s digital commerce platforms.The position will initially be a 3-month contract, with strong potential for extension through to the end of the year depending on project requirements.Preferred BackgroundExperience within retail or e-commerce organisationsStrong understanding of digital customer journeys and commerce platformsAbility to work with both technical teams and business stakeholdersKey ResponsibilitiesGather and document business requirements for digital and e-commerce initiativesWork closely with technical teams to support enhancements across Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)Translate business needs into functional specifications and user storiesSupport delivery of digital transformation and e-commerce platform improvementsCollaborate with stakeholders across digital, product, and engineering teamsAssist with integration and optimisation of Order Management Systems (OMS)Participate in workshops, backlog grooming, and sprint planning within agile environmentsEnsure solutions align with broader digital commerce strategy and customer experience goalsRequirementsRequired ExperienceExperience working as a Digital Business Analyst on technology or digital transformation projectsHands‑on exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or Commerce Cloud EssentialsExperience working on e-commerce platforms or digital commerce environmentsExposure to Order Management Systems (OMS) such as:Oracle OMSSAP OMSBlue YonderFluent Commerceor similar platformsStrong experience gathering requirements and working with technical delivery teamsExperience working within Agile delivery environments#J-18808-Ljbffr
