Oil & Gas Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oil & Gas Project Manager to oversee and manage complex projects within the oil and gas sector in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time within budget and in compliance with safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage oil & gas projects from initiation through completion ensuring alignment with business goals.Develop detailed project plans including scope schedule budget resources and risk management.Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering procurement construction and operations.Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with industry standards safety regulations and environmental guidelines.Manage project budgets track expenditures and report financial status to senior management.Oversee contractor and vendor relationships ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders including clients suppliers and regulatory bodies.Prepare and present regular project status reports and documentation.Lead project meetings resolve issues and ensure timely decision-making.Ensure all project documentation is complete accurate and stored appropriately.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or related field. PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in the oil & gas industry.Strong knowledge of oil & gas operations engineering practices and project lifecycle.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale oil & gas projects.Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g. MS Project Primavera).Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Understanding of health safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and best practices.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
